Difficulties level :
In order to help you better to choose your trip, we had established some classification with the difficulties of each trip as following :
1 = very easy, available for everyone
2 = easy, without difficulty
3 = medium, need a good used of motorcycle
4 = difficult, ask good control of motorcycle
5 = very difficult

Our motorcycle pool for trip is composed of :

Repatriating insurance is madatory to participate to our trips.

Important information to take fully advantage for a trip in Madagascar
Age is not important, mind counts more than physical. Beginners as experts can take part to our trips, however, it is necessary to have the minimum physical condition.

Madagascar is a unique destination for riders. Without asphalt/road, you will discover with us, unbelievable variety conditions of roads, (laterite, land, savannah, sand, and sometimes mud and river crossing ) delighting any amateur or confirmed motorcyclist, our trips combine a complete discover of Madagascar and villages access and unexplored areas.

From the beginning we soak this special nature, ricefield in cascade, bamboo bunch, banana trees. Farther, foray into high plateau alongside Ankaratra massif,2° more highest top of Madagascar to go down again to Antsirabe spa town.

Inaccessible for another vehicles, 200 km of mountainous track through Itremo pass more than 2000m of altitude: lost imposing landscape and welcoming villages in middle west "plateau". Exotic new surroundings during this stopover the more beautiful tracks of the country.

It is in savannah landscape that we leave Malaimbandy. Some kilometers of asphalted road separate us of Mozambique Channel and since the first baobabs, we feel need to take track and see them much closer.

Beautiful sandy track in a typical vegetation. Concentration of different baobabs, unique in the world, salty lake as far as eye can see, thorny and dried forests occupied by different kind of reptiles and birds are, with many ford passages the strong moments of these motorcycle's days.

The massif of Tampoketsa in the north west of Antananarivo, offer us several kilometers of panoramic view of snaking road along the tops. Spectacular.
While passing by Mampikony, Port-Bergé, Antsohihy, we cross regional farming lands ( tobacco, cotton, onion ) crossing by the two malagasy biggest rivers.

Only road axis between the north and the rest of the Country, Antsohihy /Ambanja tracks across mountains and forests until Ankify in the immense Bay of Ampasindava wich shelters Nosy-Be island.

Beautiful gritty tracks will bring us to St. Louis port in front of Mitsio archipelago arriving to "Uncle Robert", a good hostel at the bottom of Ankarana Tsingy, coralline massif for more than 400 millions of years, ride up to the area during continent detachment for our biggest pleasure.

Before going back to the road again Diégo-Suarez, let's see sacred crocodile of Anivorano lake.

The ambre's Cape, in the north of Madagascar, discovers itself by a track giving an exceptional panorama at a time on the west bays coast and on the vast bay of Diego. To the last kilometers we can see the headlamp of Ambre's Cape, down of the cliff, on the top of which we can see the ocean's transparency and fishes on the coast.

Departure from Tananarive to the Midwest to avoid the National 7's traffic. In this volcanic land, we can see the biggest Itasy lake, hot water geysers, Lilly falls. Then foray into the "high plateaux"'s forest,alongside Ankaratra point, second highest top of Madagascar.

Leaving Antsirabe by a beautiful mountainous track to Fandriana, we gain more altitude imposing landscapes and welcoming villages perched. One of the most famous track in Madagascar.

We were nearly 400 kilometers of asphalting road from Ihosy in the Bara's country. The only road during this journey, wich offers you the most beautiful landscapes of our Grand Island.

Wide beautiful sandy tracks in a far-west scenary. Vision of great area, endlessly swamp and wecan see herd of hundred cattles. Some enormous granite monoliths scattered in the landscape made much beautiful the site we pass through.

Near the coast, tracks snake among typical south vegetation made of different thorny like cactus, sisal and famous baobabs.

In these dry forests, are leaving lot of animals like, lemuriens, turtles, snakes and other reptiles as well as lot of rare birds wich, with many ford and tracks along the beach, those are the decisive moments of these great days of motorcycle.
